How we install the window film (tint)
Car Window Tint Installed at our dedicated Tint Bay - Installations will vary on time and price based on the type of vehicle. We install for both public and dealerships throughout the North East. We stock window tints to suit both budget and performance with 100% warranty on installation.
STAGE 1 Vehicle preparation We remove any interior trim that will prevent the install of the film. Some makes of vehicle might require glass removal. STAGE 2 Glass preparation The glass is then cleaned with the use of cleaning solutions. STAGE 3 Film preparation Window film is then skillfully heated to conform to the shape of the glass then trimmed to shape, window film is flat and most vehicles have curved glass. STAGE 4 Final glass preparation The final glass clean before install. STAGE 5 Film Installation Application solution is applied to the glass and allows for movement and positioning. Once in position the excess solution is removed using heat and a variety of window tinting tools and techniques. STAGE 6Re-Trimming the vehicle Refitting of door cards, weather seals, spoilers, parcel shelves etc. STAGE 7 Final stage Glass and window film clean It can take about 48hrs depending on the weather until the solution has evaporated and the car has the complete Tinted look
